What started as a creative outlet turned into a full scale luxury event brand, and eventually a creative ecosystem that includes JD Luxe Designs, Bloom Boss Academy, and SILKIST. Over the years, I’ve learned that beautiful events don’t just happen. They’re carefully planned, intentionally designed, and led with confidence from start to finish.

I’m known for my expertise with silk florals and my ability to make them look incredibly real, elevated, and luxurious. I work with silk, fresh, and mixed florals, but silk has become one of my signature strengths. I’ve mastered how to layer textures, shape arrangements, and build fullness in a way that photographs beautifully and feels high end in person. This allows my couples to achieve lush designs while making thoughtful choices that maximize impact without unnecessary excess.

Beyond weddings, I coach creatives through Bloom Boss Academy and provide access to premium silk florals through SILKIST. Teaching and mentoring are a big part of who I am. I love helping designers grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and build businesses they’re proud of.

Outside of work, I’m a proud Liberian and a family centered woman who values connection, relationships, and community. Life has taught me resilience, patience, and how to lead with grace even under pressure. Those lessons show up in how I run my business and how I show up for my clients.
